Quiet Flow — 07:00 to 18:00
Focused work, the quietest stretch of the day.
Midday Reset — 11:00 to 15:00
Cold immersion sessions. Six slots only.
Sunset Pause — 16:00 to 18:00
The closing hour. Tea, drinks, and the light.
Deep Rest — By appointment
Massage and longer recovery, any time of day.
A small note
Some experiences are intentionally limited — fewer seats, fewer sessions — so the quiet holds for everyone who is here.
